The following warranty, updated on 8/15/2015,
applies exclusively to products purchased directly from Stellartone.
If you purchased your Stellartone product from any other source,
please contact the seller for assistance.
Two Year Limited Warranty
The performance and function of your Stellartone ToneStyler® is guaranteed exclusively to the original purchaser for two years from the date of purchase. Should your ToneStyler fail to function in normal use due to a fault in materials or workmanship, Stellartone shall, at its sole discretion, either repair or replace the ToneStyler, and will ship the repaired original device, or an equivalent reconditioned or new replacement device, back to the original purchaser free of charge, including free return shipping to U.S. domestic locations; for international locations, customer must pre-pay actual return shipping costs. Before shipping, please contact Stellartone and provide your Stellartone invoice number; all returns must be accompanied by a return authorization number. Merchandise must be returned complete, well-packaged and in undamaged condition.
Buyer's product installation or removal costs, efforts, time, loss of use value, shipping expenses, duties, fees, taxes, or any other related expenses or considerations are not refundable or reimbursable. To prevent any risk of loss in return transit, ship all returns with insurance and proof of delivery. Stellartone is not responsible for returns which do not arrive for any reasons.
Warranty service is not provided: on devices damaged by tools, force, chemicals, water, high temperatures, extreme environmental conditions, attempted alterations or repairs, application of electrical power, or similar destructive or negligent actions unrelated to normal installation and usage of the products; on products not purchased directly from Stellartone; to persons other than the original purchaser or dealer; if the original sales receipt is dated more than two years before the warranty service claim. Stellartone reserves the exclusive right to determine any ineligibility for warranty service as described above.
