If you are never home during business hours, please provide your work address, or a private mail service address. If undeliverable, or at your request in advance, FedEx will hold your parcel at your local FedEx hub or retail counter for your signature and pickup at your convenience.
FedEx's Ground Signature rate is discounted to $9.95; free shipping on orders of two or more ToneStylers. FedEx's actual shipping cost ($25) is non-refundable.
